at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic in the mid-80s. Dr. Eren has dedicated over three decades to refining his expertise in the long-term care setting, and as of four years ago he chose to focus exclusively on this specialty.
Dr. Mahmood is a dual-trained physician in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, completing his residency at Metro Hospital under Case Western Reserve University in 2013 after earning his MBBS in Bangladesh. He provides care for patients across all ages, with a special passion for adolescents, hospital medicine, and serving the nursing home community. In addition to his busy office practice, Dr. Mahmood is an accomplished writer who has published two books in his native language, Bangla, reflecting on the unique experiences and inner lives of his patients.

Brittany is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in emergency and post acute care. She began her career at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital and later specialized in Adult and Gerontology Acute Care after completing her nursing and graduate education at Cleveland State University. Brittany now serves on the Cleveland Clinic Connected Care Skilled Nursing Facility team under the directions of Dr. Floro, where she focuses on evidence based geriatric care and patient advocacy.
Karen is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience providing care in skilled nursing settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo and Medical College of Ohio, and her Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Kent State University. Karen is known for her strong patient advocacy and dedication to delivering compassionate, consistent care to the residents she serves.
