Feels like family caring for family.

I am a community social worker who has cared for patients in Avon Oaks and I am very impressed with their care and communication!

The food is great! Staff is nice!! Really enjoy outings… sporting events, casino, activities and getting to favorite Mexican restaurant, Mezquite, for margaritas!! Dad has been here since May 2011.

The staff is always courteous and kind to the residents. I love watching their faces light up – especially at this time of year!

Avon Oaks is the best place for my Aunt to be. She is in her 90s and has been at many different facilities over the past 20 years. This one is the best in the area by far: caring and respectful staff, her needs are met, and is a cleaner facility than most.

This place is amazing. When my grandma was there the staff was gentle, patient and sweet and they made sure that she was comfy which we loved. We will always recommend this place.

The Avon Oaks facility’s staff care and attention to detail were excellent at all levels. They gave me that extra push to be successful.

My wife is a resident at Avon Oaks and is getting great care. The staff is very friendly and attentive, not only to her, but the other residents as well. They take the time to talk to you, answering questions and making sure you have what you need as you visit. I am with my wife most nights helping her with her dinner and have the opportunity to watch the staff at work taking care of everyone. If a call light goes on, the staff response time to the resident in need is minimal. They work together as a team. The facility is clean. To me, the residents are treated like family. The food is good with plenty of choices available from which to choose from. Avon Oaks is a great place! Keep up the good work!

Caring compassionate and loving staff. The aides are beautiful, caring people! I was a difficult patient due to some PTSD and they were amazing! The food was 5 stars! They had things you could pick if you didn’t want what they were having! There was a couple of hiccups but they were on top of them and fixed them quickly! I am a 56-year-old patient who had to come here for rehab! Thank you for being so kind and patient!

Avon Oaks Skilled Nursing Facility is truly a gem in Avon, Ohio! My grandma is currently a resident here, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care she receives. The individualized care is outstanding. My grandma is always treated with dignity and respect, and her preferences are thoughtfully considered. Whether it’s activities, meals, or daily routines, there’s a focus on choices that ensure she feels comfortable and valued.

Speaking of meals, the dietary department is fantastic! The food is not only delicious but also prepared with care. The team takes the time to speak with my grandma and our family to address any concerns or preferences. It’s clear they genuinely care about her happiness and well-being.

I can’t recommend Avon Oaks enough to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility where compassion, quality, and comfort come together seamlessly. It’s such a relief to know my grandma is in a place where she’s safe, happy, and well cared for!
